Something I hate about myself .. hmmmm .. probably my motivation, or lack thereof. I make a decision and I have NO problem committing to it .. but it seems to usually be short term. For example .. I want to lose weight .. I truly do .. more than ANYTHING .. but I can't seem to stay motivated on a workout/diet plan. And I will start to write a letter to someone but it never gets sent, because I never finish the letter. And my blog for another example .. so, this is me attempting to stay motivated and see it through ..
Any tips on improving my motivational skills ??
